This is the Shirkhan tigerhorse I made one year ago. I submitted it on deviantart-colored background but I decided to submit a new version with a realistic photo-background. It stresses the tiger-part in this fantasy animal and shows how it's coat fits to his habitat.
The horse on this picture is traced from a photo. I made it before I came to dA and I didn't even know that tracing isn't "accepted" in the community. I learned to do it this way when I started with digital art.
